What the contact form collects

When you fill out the audit-request form, you give me your name, business name, website, email, optionally a phone number, and whatever notes you leave. The form also captures attribution data (how you got here - search query, referring page, ad click ID if any) so I can understand which channels are working.

What I use it for

One thing: replying to you about your audit. I write the audit myself and send it back to the email you provided. If you decide to hire me, your contact info becomes part of our working relationship. If you don't, I keep the submission in my records so I remember the conversation if you come back.

What I do NOT do

  • Sell your information to anyone.
  • Pass your information to other agencies, lead brokers, or partners.
  • Add you to a mailing list or newsletter.
  • Send automated drip-sequence follow-ups.
  • Pressure you with sales calls.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and understand which pages get read. GA4 is configured with consent-mode defaults that deny ad-personalization storage by default. No cookies are used to identify you personally. If you'd rather not be counted at all, browser-level Do Not Track signals and ad blockers are honored.

Audit pages

If I send you a private audit URL (the kind that ends in a long random string under /audit/), that URL is private to you. Don't share it - it contains your specific account findings. If you forward it, anyone with the link can read those findings.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of first-party cookies for attribution (so a return visitor's source is remembered across sessions) and analytics. No third-party advertising cookies. No retargeting pixels.

Where the data lives

Form submissions arrive in my email inbox via Cloudflare and MailChannels. Analytics data is held by Google. My own working records (your business, audit notes, follow-up state) live on my computer.

How to ask me to delete your information

Email jay@jay.marketing with the subject "Privacy - delete my info" and I'll remove your submission, your audit, and any working notes within seven days. You can also ask me what I have on you, and I'll send you everything by reply.

Changes to this policy

If this changes, the date below will update. Material changes (different data, different sharing, different retention) get an explicit note at the top of the page.
